Thereby grasping for some sense of solidity and groundness, our minds and souls in a helter skelter of sorts. This unknown brings us period of intense emotions, feelings of despair, loneliness, fear, uncertainty and the whole gambit of emotions that take us away from what is safe and familiar. But here you are, searching for some clarity, something that will bring you relief, a calmness from the storm raging all around you. This is where we come in. We have braved those storms and are perhaps still going through them on our journeys. But we can give you signposts as we have traveled these paths before. We will assist you with maps and suggestions to make your journey closer to yourself a bit easier. Ultimately you are on this journey alone, but not completely.
